How do I place an order?
An order can be placed by adding our products into the shopping cart, when you have selected the products you want to purchase you can click on either the shopping cart button or the checkout button. This will bring you to the checkout page where you can create or login to your account and finalize the order.

How do I check delivery lead time of a product?
On the specific page of a product you want to purchase, please enter your Postal Code and click “CHECK”. You will see your estimated delivery date appearing right below the postal code box.

I have ordered and confirmed payment with European Beverage & Food Supply Co. Ltd. What should I do next?
An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.

We will also send email to keep you updated frequently on your order status. You can check your order status online with our Order Tracking tool https://www.ebfs-samui.com/my-account/orders/

How to remove an item in your shopping cart?
To remove an item in your shopping cart, you can:

Click on the Cart icon on top of European Beverage & Food Supply page to go to your shopping cart

Click on “Remove item

Your cart will be updated and that item will be removed.

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.
We will also update you once your order is shipped.

What are the payment methods available?
To bring you the best in online shopping experience, we offer multiple payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Pick-up

How can I know if my payment was successful?

Why was my order charged wrong amount?
Your order might incur additional shipping fees or bulky (heavy item) fees. For more information on these extra fee terms, please refer to https://www.ebfs-samui.com/shipping-delivery/.

Where can I request an official receipt/tax invoice?
After proceed to check out, please mark the receipt/tax invoice address box and fill out your information carefully. Especially, if your company/partnership is VAT registered, please fill in your company/partnership VAT registered name, address, tax ID number 13 digits and head office/branch number 5 digits that your company/partnership registered in a VAT Certificate (Por.Por.20) before continue.

Information provided during your checkout process will be used for your official receipt/tax invoice, which cannot be changed once your order has been placed. We encourage you to use your full legal name or accurate juristic person’s name when ordering with us to ensure eligibility of the invoice.

How can I change payment method for my existing order?
At European Beverage & Food Supply Co. Ltd., we do not offer an option to change payment method for your existing order. Hence, we suggest you place a new order and cancel your existing order immediately by sending us a request to cancel order at https://www.ebfs-samui.com/contact/. We will help you cancel it.

Can I change my payment method after order has been made?
Once the order has been placed, you may not change your payment method. However, you may contact us to cancel your order and reorder using your desired method.

Can I change items from my order after order has been processed?
Once the order has been placed, you my not edit the items in your order. However, you may contact us to cancel your order and reorder using your desired method.

I accidentally ordered same items. Can I cancel one?
In case of any accidents, you may cancel the order by contacting our customer service

I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

I received the wrong item, what should I do?
